Circulaire du Maréchal Goering concernant la tenue des livres comptables

This 1937 directive by Hermann Göring, on new objectives for the German economy, was published in the French journal "Humanisme économique" (Nov./Dec. 1938.) These objectives included an increase in performance from business leaders and improved profits. In order to realize these results, a commission was created to establish guidelines for the organization of accounts under unified accounting rules.
