An unsigned copy of a contract between Dick Carter and John Ja[y]mes, dated Dec. 5, 1969, for a free concert given by the Rolling Stones at Altamont Raceway, Dec. 7, 1969. John Jaymes of Young American Enterprises, was an 'unofficial' concert promoter; and Dick Carter was the owner of the concert venue, Altamont Speedway.
