After a brief prologue the author transcribed the legal document about the died of the young medicine student Daniel Alcides Carrión. He asked to be innoculated with the germen of the "verruga peruana" a mortal illness in 1885. The main symptoms of this illness then were uncertain. The document is: Causa de oficio contra el D. D.
