Con la juventud de América

This is a book in which the author publishes his speeches in the Third International Congress of American Students. The Congress was in Lima in 1912. The author was the Secretary of the Congress and also the Delegate of the Universities of Lima and Mexico. The speeches are three: I. Bienvenida a la juventud americana; II. Defensa del Derecho Eclesiástico y de las creencias católicas; III. Necesidad de Impulsar la educación en América.
