Yellow, textured covers held together with two staples on the left margin. There are a myriad of little illustrations behind the text of the title. The illustrations show cartoon people swimming, boating, fishing, and relaxing. In the center of the front cover are large words that announce the "1st Annual Oregon Fish Festival." For the first time (in our records) there is a price of 10 cents printed in the lower right corner. Also visible in the lower left corner is written the names: "Ira and Zella Ricketi."
