Thin paperback booklet with two staples in the left fold. The covers are brown textured card stock. The back cover is blank. The front cover has "Friday Musical Club" in the top quarter, and "Astoria,Oregon/1930 - 1931" in the bottom quarter. Written in blue cursive in the middle of the front cover it says, "given by Mrs. Mathilde Holden/ 3-15-62." Inside is a program listing all the songs and performers for the 1930-1931 season. There are some handwritten notes in the booklet. Size: 4.25" x 6"
