Fisheries issues

Liberalisation of trade in fishery products and problems of access to resources are the focus of this study by the OECD Fisheries Committee. A sequel to the 1985 overview report on Problems of Trade in Fishery Products, this volume provides a country by country survey of measures, policies and practices affecting imports and exports of fishery products. It also addresses bilateral fisheries agreements, the determination of total allowable catch and conditions of access to fisheries resources.
