The state of play on international piracy and anti-counterfeiting strategies

Examines the current state of piracy and counterfeiting, and its relationship to the finance of organized crime and terrorism, as well as organizations created by the international community to combat global piracy. The author argues for an incremental approach with a focus on licensing reform and on complementary managerial and technological measures.
