Shi zhong guo wang

The king of Clock Country has a clock on his face, and everything must be done exactly when that clock says so. One day the king tires of this strict schedule and removes the clock's short hand so know one will know the time. At first, he has a great time doing whatever he wants whenever he likes, but soon finds that there is a downside to having no schedule at all.
