Life, death, love & "all of the above"

With vignettes split into sections of “before,” “after,” and “now,” this zine chronicles a Los Angeles based woman's journey, loving a man who has Leukemia. The 23 year old recounts the early stages of the relationship, describes the emotional toll that the diagnosis had on her, documents the hospital visits with her boyfriend's family, and discusses the invisibility of illness and grief. She explains the symptoms and cause of the disease and the medical procedures which eventually led to remission. Her boyfriend's friend who suffers from degenerative myopia, which will eventually lead to blindness, is also prominently featured.
