Fabian y el Caos

The book takes place in Cuba. Castro's revolution has succeeded. There are two boys that become friends by chance: Pedro Juan is trim, stocky and will come to be a playboy, fond of sexy women. Fabian is totally the opposite: skinny, shy, short-sighted, a piano player and homosexual. Many years later, they will work in the same factory, but their destinies are hopelessly different.
