The tormentors

When Sox Newmann's dog, Heidi, vanishes from the back of his brother's pickup, Sox is convinced Heidi's been stolen. Sox is determined to find her. His persistence, combined with cleverness and a bit of luck, eventually leads him to a couple of thieves who cruelly transform dogs into "watchdogs" to sell.
