Versiia

A discussion of the concept of "version" and its role in contemporary criminal judicial proceedings. The work analyzes the stages in the formation of a version and its logical nature as a variety of hypothesis; it defines the situational context of versions and presents a classification of them. Version is studied as an ideal cognitive model. The role of version in criminal investigations and judicial proceedings is illustrated with examples from actual practice.
