The Mennonite Brethren Church had its beginning on January 6, 1860. By the grace of God this church has been permitted to witness for one century... It is our prayer that this book may help us to see the history and present workings of our Conference of churches, so that we may realize more fully the grace of God that has operated in our midst and that, as a result of this renewed vision, we may be better witnesses in the century ahead.
