Time's Arrow

Ulysses Quicksilver is a dandy, a detective and an agent of the crown. Can he save Paris as he returns from the past to appear on the scene of a horrific murder. Ulysses must go on the run and track down the real killer. He must also return to England before the love of his life takes an ill-advised trip to the moon.
