At the bottom of the front cover is the name of the company and the address in black lettering. There is also a large white "top surface" tear on the front cover that left a white "scar" on the bottom right corner of the illustration. There are also several discolorations, rips and tears on both covers. The pages inside contain both color and black and white illustrations. A light search did not find much information about it.
