Last night of the American comedy of the "Fashion and Follies of Washington Life," which has met with a success unprecedented eliciting tumultuous applause from a series of the most appreciative audiences in the world. Saturday, December 15, 1860 will be performed the comedy, in 5 acts, by Wm. Henry Clay Preuss, entitled "Fashions and Follies of Washington Life" ... to conclude with the musical burlesque of "Poca-hon-tas!" ... On Monday, the celebrated tragedian, Mr. E. Eddy will appear in Dr. Bird's play of "Jack Cade!" "The Dead Heart" & "The Corsican Brothers" will shortly be produced in excellent style ...
