Washington Playground Association third annual song festival

Program of the third annual song festival by 500 children of the public schools of Washington, under the auspices of the Washington Playground Associaton with the Co-operation of the Board of Education. Under the direction of Miss Alys E. Bentley, director of music, Lieutenant William H. Santelmann, leader of U.S. Marine Band. Accompanists: Miss Sallie T. Mason, Mrs. Frank Byram, Mrs. G. Harris White, Mr. Halstead P. Hoover.
