This journalistic anthology is a tribute to the work done by dozens of reporters, photojournalists and drivers of El Comercio who have faced the difficult task of taking the pulse of the problems of the border over two decades. And especially Javier Ortega, Paúl Rivas and Efraín Segarra, kidnapped on March 26, 2018 in Mataje, province of Esmeraldas, Ecuador, subsequently murdered.
