This book is Peter Becker's latest superbly illustrated volume of travel and exploration during his visits to Lesotho and the remote regions of the Central and Northen Transvaal. Invariably the trails he follows are rutted and tortuous, sometimes almost impassable; for many of the inland tribal groups are mountain dwellers.
