During Teddy Kollek's and Meron Benvinisti's cooperation as Mayor and Deputy Major of Jerusalem after Six-Day-War 1967 until Camp David peace negotiations 1978 the borders of Holy City were enlarged, the separated Israeli and former Jordanian parts united. This book describes the how the vast residential building in the western or Israeli part of town started, how some projects in the former green line were set out, and shows a few activities in the east of Jerusalem. The protagonists in politics and administration as well as the crucial places are shown and presented in words and illustrations.
