About This Book
A fairly comprehensive field guide to cacti of the entire Mohave and Sonoran deserts and the New Mexico portion of the Chihuahuan Desert. The cacti of the high prairies and Pinon-Juniper communities of New Mexico west of the Rio Grande and all of Arizona are included as well. It is understandable, but unfortunate that the Texas portion of the Chihuahuan Desert is not included. Nor is the Mexican portion of the Sonoran Desert included.
