Buenos Aires tras las huellas del futuro

This work is a reworking of the research carried out by the author for his doctoral thesis, within the framework of the call for proposals by the project "Buenos Aires Publica", organized by Fundación Tejido Urbano in 2019. The central argument of the publication is that the city of Buenos Aires is the product of decisions and not of spontaneous growth.
