About This Book

A good number of Professional Managers take the actions and reactions in the work place for granted. There are no serious literatures or books in Organizational Behavior within the West African Sub-region and as a result an attempt is made here to highlight some principles that operate in the work place, within these countries, and globally.
As a compliment to this major factor is the formulation of appropriate management policies, which in turn depends on the existence of information on employees and employers and on what major roles upper management, the employers and employees etc, play in pursuance of various economic objectives of an organization, an establishment and the government.
In line with organizational principles, inter-organizational relationships, the various decision-making processes, various modes of participation, organizational outcome, reward structure, control, motivation and lines of communication, were some of the independent variables touched on in the process of writing this book.
