Developing entrepreneurship in the UNECE region

The purpose of this publication is to identify and examine the major impediments to enterprise development in the emerging market economies of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe' (UNECE) region and discuss the measures that are being taken by governments to reduce or eliminate them.
