Minami Soma city, Fukushima Prefecture, was hit by a nuclear accident in addition to the earthquake and tsunami during the Great East Japan Earthquake incident. This book is a record of the doctors and the city hospital that saved lives at the borderline of "safe and danger" and fought to protect community medicine, in spite of the fear of radioactivity.
