Aconteceu conmigo

A series of short stories based on real reports of discriminatory situations faced daily by anonymous women in Brazil. Artist Laura Tuma de Athayde portrays stories about fatphobia, violence, racism, motherhood and aesthetic pressure, sent by readers to her Instagram account. The project outcome was the publication of the comic book "It happened to Me" with 70 cases that reveal intimate feelings and experiences in an open way.
