Shares proceedings and results of four regional forums for university communities on political engagement and elections, attended by students, academics, specialists and administrators. For each forum, summarizes contributions and findings on three aspects: political rights and promotion of civic engagement at higher educational institutions, transparent elections and participation of university community in electoral processes, and gender perspective and democracy.
