About This Book
Set in India in the 1920's it forms a part of a series of books by Jim Corbett about hunting man-eaters that caused fear and devastation across large parts of rural India.
One of the leopards killed over 200 people (many more escaped and died later from their injuries) in 6 years.
He is always honest about the fear he felt and the stress that not managing to kill one of these beasts left him with.
A very good read and insight into a bygone era of the Raj.
