Autobiography of Father Cyril Axelrod. Born deaf to a Jewish family in South Africa, he converted to Catholicism and became a priest. Although he grew up under apartheid, he did pioneering multiracial work. In later life he lost his sight. He continues to minister to the deafblind in places all over the world.
