Ich hab ein Zimmer frei

Anna longs to have the expensive red boots she saw in a mail order catalog that she cannot afford. She can rent a room of her large house. All her tenants (a goose, a carnival princess, a giraffe, etc.) are poor and she ends up spending more money on them than she earns. Finally her tenants offer her a pair of red boots as a present. She finds out that they are a bit small for her now. This can only mean that Anna is growing up.
