'Into the Blood of the Sun' is a fantasy fiction centering on a young woman who finds out her destiny and must decide whether to live up to the expectations of others in joining a conflict against oppressive rulers. Young, gifted by her Creator, adored, intelligent but naive in ways, she is faced with the daunting choice of how her life will proceed down whatever course she takes. Despots are out to destroy or subdue her. The realm of supernatural evil realizes the danger she represents to its designs. She has many enemies, but makes friends and pacts that will last through the years. On her path lies great danger, but there is no other way to secure the safety of her fellows. She cannot avoid getting into the fray. The land is drenched with the color of blood, and the only way to stop it is to go, Into the Blood of the Sun.
