The New Social Contract

A conceptual journey from the nature of morality to it's role as the foundation of political philosophy and the implementation of political philosophy in the structure of government and the nature of law. It attempts to answer Rousseau's question about how all members of a society can unite as one but be as free as if in a state of nature.
