Mark Twain's steamboat years

I am the person who typeset this book in Chicago in 1981. I have a copy signed by Mr. Ewing 8/31/81 and thanking me for assistance, etc. The size is 6x9 soft cover. Ewing describes it as a monograph "written for the pleasure of all those who love Mark Twain." It covers the early years of command and is written in story form mixed with factual information known by the author. It contains images of steamboats, Twain's license, and several pictures of Mark Twain. If you would like a copy of the cover I will scan it and send it to you.
