Water sprite named Deb has tricked Rani into looking after a whole flock of rain clouds and he won't take them back unless Rani answers a riddle about Pixie Hollow's three greatest treasures. But she doesn't know what these treasures might be and meanwhile Pixie Hollow is getting very damp.
