Unifine flour

I have an origional copy of Bulletin #206 Unifine Flour. It was a study of a new milling system that is the subject of a Wiki post by the same name currently under development and in the "orphan" status. I would be happy to make available to you a complete copy of the text. It should be available to the public and I would not begrug an enterprise for publishing an overview of the bulletin and then charging a reasonable fee for providing a copy.

Relative of Leonard Fulton who made the origional grant to Washington State College to develop the mill. The only version of this mill currently in operation is at Azure Standard in Dufur, Oregon (by the way).
