Ian Wharton is having devilish and murderous thoughts, courtesy of the influence of Mr Broadhurst - companion, confidant and the manifestation of Ian's mental illness - who is now apparently being carried around in his wife's womb. How he got there isn't important, but what he wants from Ian certainly is.
