Only portions of the articles in this issue are available. The agricultural articles address the relationship of plant physiology to agriculture, war and agriculture, the market for Ontario fruit in Western Canada, and the Caledon Township results of the Farm Management Survey. One student provides her impressions of being a Farmerette. Barbara Smith continues her short story. The Editorial contains several photographs showing the summer campus preparations. The Macdonald Institute column features articles on the Farmerettes who are the first women admitted into the short course in agriculture. The Alumni column provides several military letters, the addresses of the graduating class, and alumni updates.
