Contains photocopies of letters, memoranda, orders, directives, and various other documents relating to the organizational and operational structure of the Wehrmact, SIPO, SS, SD, Einsatzgruppen A and B, Geheime Feldpolizei, Feldgendarmerie, Hilfspolizei, and Ordungspolizei in Latvia and the USSr. Of special interest is a copy of a letter, December 4, 1939, RSHA Amt II, concerning anti-Semitism and a pogrom.
