When Amber Hanson breaks up with her boyfriend and loses her job she escapes to the small town of Westcliffe, Colorado to live as a recluse for the summer. Once there her neighbors interfere and she finds herself embroiled in the problems of others. A dead body surfaces and betrayal abounds. She uncovers many personal truths as she stumbles from one discovery to another and the mystery begins to unfold.
