Splendors of ancient Egypt

This book was written to accompany an Egyptian exhibition from the collection of the Pelizaeus Museum in Hildesheim, Germany. It is a general introduction to Egyptian history, culture, and art. While it is not a catalogue of the exhibition, it contains many illustrations of objects in the exhibition and serves as a general introduction to it.
