About This Book

Brian Weber was a white male lab technician at the Kaiser Aluminium plant in Gramercy, Louisiana. In 1976 he filed suit against the company on behalf of himself and and all other non-minority employees who were members of the United Steelworkers of America, and who had applied for, or were eligible to apply for on the job training programs.
