james Milburn was a teacher of Public Speaking for the Adult Education Department of Victoria University of Wellington. The book Speak Easy was based on the lecture series he ran for adults. It is a practical aid for beginning and practices speakers alike and extends into the use of speaking in particular situations - at meetings - in debates- presenting papers - intoducing and thanking speakers
