About This Book
Betty Semler-Delmar covers the graphological system of Bernhard Wittlich (1902-1975) in this early work. It covers an early version of Wittlich's system. It describes in English the Wittlich approach which uses Robert Heiss' (1903-1974) developmental categories of Form, Movement and Spatial Distribution as umbrella global classifications and includes a worksheet, conversion tables (synthesizer pages) and reporting diagrams (wheel-style layouts for personality plotting, and minor Form/Movement/Space plots). This material is an example of holistic graphology derived from the German pioneers who extended the work of Ludwig Klages (1872-1956) who in turn upgraded the earlier works of French pioneers Jean-Hippolyte Michon(1806-1881), Jules Crépieux-Jamin (1848-1940) and others. See also "Towards Scientific Graphology" by Yalon and Danor (1992, Freund Publishing UK) which covers Wittlich's later system versions.
