About This Book

This book is by Sage Patanjali who incarnated from his earlier birth as 'Adishesha' to help humanity attain the benefits of yoga and understand the difference between 'real' and 'non-real'. He codified the yoga system which was in a disarray and presented to the humanity at large in an easy to understand manner. Many interpretators have come out with their own understanding of these aphorisms and thus there are n number of interpretations. However the fact remains that it is one of the most outstanding works of yoga and supposedly compiled by none else than god himself who incarnated as 'Patanjali' to alleviate the sufferings of humanity ans show them the right way of salvation.
