A collection of printed monographs on the aesthetic and mythological concepts of the Latin American Pre-Columbian art previously published in out-of-print editions. The author selected and updated each essay that included: Paradigmas del arte de Amerindia; Los Códices (Libros), Orfebrería Colombiana; Azteca: La monumentalidad trágica; Inca: Forma y especialidad and others.
