Divided into two parts: the first part includes the introductory statements by Joseppie Keleutak and Mary Simon, the keynote address by Thomas Berger and a summary of the conference by Diane Morrissette. The second part includes the presentations and transcripts of the discussions on the four themes of the conference: environmental planning; wildlife management; municipal infrastructure; and development and impacts.
