TAKE THE WITNESS!

This book describes the colorful courtroom antics of Earl Rogers, a flamboyant trial attorney who was born in 1869 and died in 1922. Rogers successfully defended any number of clients, including 77 on trial for murder, losing only three of these murder cases. The book is easy to read and quite entertaining. The difficulty will be finding a clean copy to read, since *Take the Witness* was published in 1934.
