This 4-volume book describes the laws and regulations that govern the origination of residential home loans, including the licensing laws applicable to mortgage brokers, the limits on mortgage brokerage fees, the disclosures that must be made by mortgage brokers, and the penalties applicable for violations of state law. Each state is a separate chapter and the work covers all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Licensing forms, regulatory bulletins and significant cases are included in the exhibits.
