Jill's job is selling houses or office complexes, but now she's challenged to find new owners for a small rugged island. Until now the National Trust leased the island and its warden, Blake, wants it to stay that way. Blake's colleague, Sharon, longs to be his girl, but Jill is attracted to Blake too - until she believes he's manipulating their friendship for his own ends.
